any ideas

**** it seems blogger has messed up the order of all my posts for the last 5-6 so if you read straight from the site scroll down a couple of posts and there is like a bunch of new posts... so weird i hate technical issues, especially ones i don't know how to figure out.

so back to the point this is a big wall in my formal living room, anyone have any ideas what i can put on this wall? my issues with the wall is:

  • across from this wall is a huge window that i keep the curtains open alll the time. so everyone can see it as they pass by our home
  • the hall way down to the right is where all the kids rooms are and a wide piece of furniture will not work.
  • its a big wall about 10 feet by 9 feet.
  • budget is very small, like pretty much free =)
suggestions welcomed
thanks friends

  1. I'm a huge fan of the framing. It runs as cheap as $2/8-ft sections. You could do one big one or, like I did in our bedroom, two smaller ones with sconces hung in the frame. It adds depth to your wall and is very classy. Let me know if you need help!! :)

  2. Why don't you make that wall a photo wall. Use different size frames that are all the same color (I like black) and arrange them on the wall. You can take newspaper that is cut the size of your frames and decide on the layout before you put any holes in the wall.

For more continuity, you could print all of the pictures in black and white.

One more thing, you could also put a large mirror on that wall that would reflect the light from the window and make it brighter in that room. It would almost be like having a second window.

    Hope that helps.

There have been times of troubles when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in big starting capital.
Now, I feel good, I begin take up real income.
It's all about how to choose a correct companion who uses your money in a right way - that is incorporate it in real business, parts and divides the profit with me.

You can ask, if there are such firms? I have to answer the truth, YES, there are. Please be informed of one of them:

  5. I have a big wall in our room too that I hated staring at, so I Got a curtian rod and hung a valance on it as if there would be a window under it. Then I put on one of those wall scripts that says, " Faith Hope Love". Not a big change, but I love it! Hope that helps.
Love you and miss you tons!

  6. Oh, and if it helps Raquel, I noticed your blog entries you are talking about do not have dates. Maybe it just doesn't know where to put them. I don't know how you would date them either?!?! Sorry, I just noticed that!

  7. You can have some vinyl decals made and do the entire wall in some of your family's favorite scriptures and quotes. Ebay has some that are pretty reasonable.

  8. Or instead of buying the decals you could just paint them on. Much cheaper that way.
