Weekend Update

this weekend was pretty low key.
Friday after school my sil took my 2 big boys to her house to play, i came home and Liz and i cleaned then i took her over. turns out they all wanted to stay the night! so John and I had a date night with the baby. so we are so exciting we stayed home, John napped on the couch, i played with Jake, and then when they went to sleep i cleaned.

Saturday when we got up we went to get my veggies from abundant harvest (a local veggie co-op thing that you get every week, and right now it is abundant for sure), Liz baked a cake, i made dinner of Chile Verde, rice and beans and John's parents and our friends Josh and Liz and Hannah joined us. Johns sister came over and we all played a game called the game of things it is SO hilarious! after the game we watched the kids dance forever to music on the millions of music channels on TV it was a fun night

today we didn't go to church i wasn't feeling good this morning. we cooked all 3 meals today! pancakes, Chile Verde quesidillas, and chicken for dinner. i took a long nap, John swam with the 3 big kids and we played outside in the morning.
that is it a pretty uneventful weekend
here are a few pictures

Liz baked a yummy cake, top a warm chocolate cake with a can of condensed milk, chocolate syrup and caramel, let cool for a few hours in the fridge, top with cool whip and crushed up heath bar yummo!

Chile Verde, not actually green but i use green chile's it is so yummy

the kids playing
David had ran to work for a few with John

some of the veggies i got at abundant harvest this week! i know it is a ton of squash! we got so much more too.
grapes, onions, peppers, carrots, radishes, potatoes, tomatoes, cheery tomatoes, lettuce and more
