so those of you who have bought a home where you have o counter back and forth know that it is stressful. the house we want is one of the MANY here in our town that in foreclosure. it is exactly what we want and the bank countered back again at a very generous amount BUT we countered one more time. hopefully they will come down a bit more and we can except there offer (what ever they offer back we are going to take) so hopefully we will here back today, then think of all the home improvments posts i will have... bet you cant wait =)
